Faire Fashion Week: Our First Apparel Preorder Event is Coming in August

At Faire Winter Market in February, we debuted a new preorder marketplace, exclusively for apparel, footwear, and accessories brands. The marketplace proved to be critical for retailers looking to lock in the best inventory and plan ahead, and helped brands triple their preorders sales ahead of upcoming seasons.

After seeing more than a 10x increase in preorder demand on Faire over the past year, we are thrilled to announce our first-ever dedicated apparel and footwear preorder event, Faire Fashion Week. The event, taking place August 30 through September 3, 2021, will provide the best-in-class preorder supply, with brands debuting their latest designs for future seasons to Faire’s global and differentiated community of 200,000 independent retailers. Additionally, brands can benefit from increased concentrated demand as participating retailers will receive 20% off any time they preorder over $1,000 from a brand at the event.

Faire is funding 20% off preorders $1,000 & up

To help bring you new retailers and grow your preorder sales, Faire is funding volume-based specials exclusively during the five-day event. Any retailer who shops from you at Faire Fashion Week will receive 20% off their preordered styles of $1,000 or more from your brand. 

Give $500 to spend on preordered styles & free shipping for a year

Faire Fashion Week is also a great place to sell more to your existing customers with Faire’s unique incentives for retailers, including net 60 terms. Exclusively for the event, we’re increasing the Faire Direct referral offer to $500 for retailers who are new to Faire! Offer them $500 to spend on your preorder line during the event, plus free shipping for a year. 

By inviting existing customers to participate in the event, you’ll lock in 0% commission on all of their sales, and can offer them competitive financial incentives that make it easier for them to place more preorders. 

As an added bonus, Faire is offering increased net 60 terms limits for retailers who shop at Faire Fashion Week to help them buy more at the event.
